Description des TÂCHES PRINCIPALES :

- Assistance technique au téléphone auprès des clients, prendre l'information pertinente et transférer les clients à la personne appropriée lorsque nécessaire ainsi que la gestion des appels de service pour les déplacements à l'extérieur.

- Ouvrir les bons de travail et apparier aux documents appropriés, s'assurer que l'information est complète et transférer à la facturation.

- Coordonner le service routier avec les délais et contraintes des clients et faire un retour auprès des clients sur les travaux exécutés.

- Vérifier le rapport de service routier et la feuille de temps des techniciens de route ainsi que valider les dépenses au bon de travail.

- Planifier/rechercher les pièces requises à la réparation et la prise en charge du service + soumissions au besoin.

- Faire la gestion des garanties auprès des manufacturiers ( 6 ligne de produits ).

- Faire la gestion des suivis des équipements sous garantie suite à la vente pour la période déterminée.

- Faire l’assistance technique entre les manufacturiers et les besoins des techniciens.

- Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les manufacturiers et les clients.

Cinq (5) années d’expérience dans un poste similaire .

Connaissance de l’équipement lourd et/ou de la mécanique un atout.

Aptitude pour le service à la clientèle, soutien technique, personnes qualifiées et dévouées.

Sens de l'organisation, autonome et capable de travailler sous pression. 

Bilinguisme requis, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

Habileté à travailler en équipe.

Main functions:

• Perform work on the telescopic boom and lifting equipment masts: Complete assembly / disassembly with visual inspection, section fit and internal cables and maintenance of the various internal components, to ensure the operation and the good condition of the telescopic masts.
• Perform repairs on telescopic cylinders and some basic hydraulic components.
• Perform the required repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
• Test repaired equipment for proper operation and repair compliance.
• Complete the various documents required by the company and the various manufacturers.
• Ability to work iron for modification / manufacture
• Being autonomous and resourceful
• Keep the workplace clean and safe

• Good knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics and electricity
• Autonomous and resourceful
• Perform tasks with little or no supervision, on time and in an efficient manner.
• Keep the workplace clean and safe
• Like mechanical challenges and find solutions
